About Humanitarna udruga fra Mladen Hrkać
Humanitarna udruga fra Mladen Hrkać, a non-profit, non-governmental organization, is registered in both Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. They were established on June 16, 2012, in Zagreb with the aim of assisting individuals with health difficulties and their families when they come to Zagreb for medical treatment. Their support includes providing accommodation, meals, contributing to transportation expenses, helping with administrative requirements, and supporting continued education.
The dedicated volunteers and members of the association welcome patients upon their arrival in Zagreb, regularly visit those undergoing treatment in Zagreb's hospitals, deliver cooked meals, assist younger patients with their education, and support their family members during their stay in the city. Humanitarna udruga fra Mladen Hrkać also benefits from the institutional support of the National Foundation for Civil Society Development and the Ministry of Croatian Veterans.
