Hummel Aircraft Company boasts a rich heritage in experimental and ultralight aircraft design, founded by aviation enthusiast Morry Hummel in the 1980s. With a passion for aviation ignited in childhood, Morry's extensive experience spans from working on military aircraft during WWII to developing his own aircraft designs. The company's flagship product, the UltraCruiser, emerged as a testament to resilience and innovation, initially conceptualized after Morry survived a life-altering accident in 1995. This all-metal ultralight aircraft provides a unique flying experience, embodying Morry's promise to share his faith and passion for aviation.
Hummel Aircraft Company also offers plans for the Hummel Bird and has a selection of builders' resources, instructional videos, and a vibrant community for aviation enthusiasts. The brand fosters an engaging network for aircraft builders through classified ads and community projects, ensuring that both novice and experienced aviators can find support and inspiration. With its commitment to quality and safety, Hummel Aircraft remains a respected name in the aviation industry.
