Hunger Street Tacos is a family-owned Mexican street food restaurant in Winter Park, Florida, founded by brothers Joseph and David Creech. Inspired by the markets and street stalls of Mexico City, the brand serves high-quality food that brings traditional Mexican cooking techniques together with a fresh, creative approach. Its menu includes handcrafted tacos and quesadillas, with fillings such as braised brisket, fried avocado, mushrooms, squash blossoms, and hibiscus with guacamole.
The restaurant makes house-nixtamalized tortillas from Mexican heirloom corn and offers a range of vegetarian dishes. Guests can order for curbside pickup, call-ahead pickup, online ordering, and delivery. Hunger Street Tacos also provides drop-off catering and full-service catering for events and weddings.
Its drinks include canned and bottled beers, locally crafted draft beer, and house-made red and white sangria with seasonal fruit and herbs. The dining experience is shaped by contemporary Mexican culture and art, including murals created by artists and designers associated with Oaxaca. Hunger Street Tacos aims to celebrate Mexican street cuisine through its food, hospitality, and setting
