Hướng nghiệp Sông An is a pioneering social enterprise in Vietnam in the field of education and career counseling for learners and workers. With the goal of empowering individuals in their career development journey, Sông An provides a scientific career guidance service model, developing a multi-stakeholder ecosystem with the largest network of career counselors trained in Vietnam.

Why was Sông An founded? To enable learners and workers to take ownership of their career development journey, Sông An aims to provide internationally/regionally standardized education and career counseling services at affordable prices for various target groups. This is achieved through the development of a competent team following the emerald organization model and fostering a career-oriented community both domestically and internationally.

Sông An has made positive impacts, with 2120 career counselors, teachers, and parents trained in career guidance, 5 domestic and international career conferences, and 14011 participants in 81 career guidance programs. Additionally, they offer services such as individual career counseling, online training programs, and the Indigo personality assessment tool, which helps individuals gain self-understanding for suitable career development.
