Hussein A. Attar

Saudi Tech Entrepreneurship is a personal guide to navigating the technology startup ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Created by Saudi entrepreneur Hussein Attar, the platform brings together a directory of organizations, resources, and opportunities for founders at different stages of building a business. Its listings cover venture capitalists, angel investors, accelerators, incubators, venture builders, venture debt providers, crowdfunding platforms, co-working spaces, and loan funding. The site also highlights Saudi startups and entrepreneurs, alongside supporting organizations and practical resources such as startup events, courses, groups, legal services, marketing support, payment gateways, newsletters, and podcasts.

Beyond its directory, the platform offers access to Hussein Attar’s experience across technology and entrepreneurship. He describes a background in computer science, software development, digital transformation, and blockchain, as well as experience with accelerators, incubators, angel investment, and venture capital discussions. Available support includes startup advisory, board participation, consulting for private or government projects, investment guidance for eligible MENA businesses, partnerships, and judging startup competitions.
