Hustadvika kommune skal være en kunnskapsbasert samfunnsutvikler og tjenesteyter, med en handlekraftig og effektiv organisasjon. Med ca. 1100 ansatte vil Hustadvika kommune være den største arbeidsplassen i kommunen, og ha et viktig oppdrag med å skape et godt lokalsamfunn og levere gode tjenester til de omlag 13 300 innbyggerne i kommunen.
