Husumer Horizonte

Husumer Horizonte is a well-established brand that has been actively supporting people with disabilities and their families for almost 40 years. Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals with impairments can live as independently and self-determined as possible. We offer a range of services and accommodations to meet the unique needs of our residents.

Our offerings include various residential options, such as shared living arrangements in WG 3, WG 4-7, WG 8, WG 21, WG 22, and WG 41. Additionally, we provide a day facility for individuals with disabilities, ambulatory-supported living, and an ambulatory residential school. Apart from these specific services, we also have exciting employment opportunities within the Husumer Horizonte team.
