Southern Summit provides heating and cooling repairs, installations, replacements, and maintenance for all brands, whether or not the system was installed by the company. Services include air-conditioning repair, furnace and heating repair, heat pump installation, ductless mini-splits, seasonal tune-ups, ductwork, and indoor air quality work. The team also handles garage and shop heaters and helps address rooms that remain uncomfortable because of duct problems. Installations are sized to the home and include a one-year labor and ten-year parts warranty. Southern Summit highlights its hands-on service, with the same two owners involved in jobs, and offers service by call or text. It operates Monday through Saturday and on Sunday afternoons.
