Home Value Inc.

Value Connect is revolutionizing the real estate appraisal process with a mission to enhance efficiency and borrower satisfaction for lenders, loan representatives, appraisers, and accounting professionals. Founded in 2015 by Christopher Bisson, a seasoned mortgage broker with over 17 years of experience, Value Connect was born from the frustration of dealing with traditional appraisal management companies that often produced unreliable reports, missed deadlines, and unexpected fees.

At the heart of Value Connect is its Smart Appraisal System, which empowers lenders to oversee the entire appraisal process seamlessly, eliminating the complexities associated with AMCs while adhering to regulatory demands. The platform offers innovative Smart Appraisal Reports™, allowing users to concentrate on funding mortgages rather than navigating bureaucratic hurdles.

Driven by core values of respect, teamwork, integrity, and excellence, the dedicated team at Value Connect leverages decades of diverse industry experience to provide insightful products and services. Their goal is simple—transform the appraisal experience into a stress-free, efficient journey for all involved.
