Hengelsportvereniging Zaanstreek (HVZ) is a regional angling association serving sport fishers in the Zaanstreek area of the Netherlands. Founded on 23 March 1941, the association has grown from managing fishing waters and fishing rights into a community of nearly 5,000 members. Its purpose is to represent local anglers and support opportunities to enjoy fishing.

HVZ offers membership and the HVZ-VISpas, which members can order online or obtain through local sales outlets. The association also provides information about local fishing waters, rules, responsible angling, and enforcement. HVZ members can apply for additional permissions for night fishing or using a third rod in HVZ waters.

The association brings anglers together through activities, competitions, and dedicated groups for young people and disciplines including coarse, predator, carp, fly, and sea fishing. It also offers fishing lessons and shares news, practical guidance, and information for members. Through its services and community activities, HVZ supports accessible, responsible fishing and a shared enjoyment of the sport across the region.
