Hyogo Social Welfare Corporation is a social welfare organization that works in partnership with Hyogo Prefecture to manage facilities and provide services across the welfare and healthcare fields. Its mission is to help create a society where people support one another in their communities and can live in ways that reflect their individual wishes.
