HYB is a management system for nonprofit organizations and other civil society organizations (OSCs), developed by Conplan. In operation since 2009, it serves more than 300 organizations across Brazil, including APAEs, foundations, institutes, and organizations working in health, education, and social assistance. The platform brings service delivery and administration together, connecting beneficiary records, appointments, school enrollment and attendance, social-care documentation, projects, finances, and accounting.
HYB supports project planning and MROSC accountability, budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliation through Open Finance, bookkeeping, reports, purchasing, inventory, and asset management. Tools for fundraising and engagement include integrated payments by boleto, Pix, and card, donor CRM, a website for the organization, and management of members, volunteers, staff, donations, and bazaar sales. Additional resources include integrations, fleet and document modules, and Aura, an AI-powered help and automation feature.
Conplan provides assisted implementation, data migration, and staff training. HYB reports ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 security certifications and AWS hosting in Brazil.
