HybridClay

HybridClay develops and installs a low-maintenance tennis court surface that brings the playing qualities of traditional European red clay to modern facilities. The surface is recognised by the International Tennis Federation as a 2-Star court and classified Category 1 (slow). It is designed to provide the natural slide, consistent bounce and tactile response associated with clay, while reducing routine upkeep and water use.

HybridClay can be installed over existing court surfaces, including hard courts and asphalt, as well as suitable stone subbases. The company reports that its system can reduce maintenance by nearly 90%, offers drainage intended to support play soon after rainfall, and is backed by a 12-year guarantee with an expected lifespan exceeding 30 years. Its design is 100% recyclable.

HybridClay’s services include court installation and conversion projects for tennis clubs and private facilities. Completed installations across Europe include projects in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Norway and Estonia.
