Hybrid Zone Rheintal

Hybrid Zone Rheintal GmbH is a training studio in Widnau, Switzerland, specializing in HYROX, running and functional fitness. Founded around the expertise of experienced sports professionals, the studio combines coaching knowledge from physiotherapy, movement and health promotion, trail and mountain running, professional cycling and triathlon. Its approach emphasizes structured training, personal guidance and enjoyment of movement.

HYROX classes blend running with functional stations such as SkiErg, sled pushes and pulls, rowing, carries, lunges and wall balls to build strength, endurance and mental resilience. Functional training develops strength, stability, coordination, mobility and cardiovascular fitness through natural movement patterns. The studio also offers small-group running sessions, one-to-one running coaching and individually tailored training plans for HYROX, running, triathlon and cycling.

Training is available to beginners and experienced athletes, with dedicated HYROX sessions for children aged 5–8 and teens aged 9–14. Members can choose group-training packages of varying durations and weekly frequencies, while personal coaching and trial sessions are also available.
