HYDER Industries is a Wisconsin-based venture studio and operating company that builds, operates, and scales practical businesses. Based in Two Rivers, the company focuses on disciplined operations, capital-efficient growth, technical commercialization, and opportunities grounded in real customer demand. Its work spans consumer products, software platforms, acquisitions, specialty manufacturing, and emerging technologies.

HYDER develops the systems that help businesses grow, including product strategy, financial controls, operating teams, customer acquisition, marketing infrastructure, and scalable processes. Rather than acting as a passive investor, it actively builds, repairs, repositions, and operates companies. Its current portfolio includes Renée’s Popcorn, a premium consumer products platform focused on bold flavors, gifting, manufacturing, and e-commerce, and Brand My Email, a software platform that helps organizations create consistent, branded email communications.

The company also selectively pursues technical commercialization opportunities, including SBIR/STTR projects, hardtech, automation, and specialty manufacturing. HYDER evaluates funding, acquisitions, and expansion based on their ability to create lasting operating capability and value.
