Hydnum produces interior floor mats for commercial vehicles, tailored to meet the demanding needs of the customers. Hydnum’s mats increase comfort in driving by insulating against sound, heat and draught. The foundation for the current operations was created in the beginning of the 1990’s, when the decision was made to develope a production process for polyurethane floor mats based on the RIM technology. Hydnum Oy was the first in the world to launch mass production of polyurethane (PUR) floor mats in 1995. The high quality of mats is ensured by a number of inspections and tests. The quality certificate IATF 16949:2016 guarantees that we operate in high quality and according to the customer specifications. Hydnum Oy’s environmental management system, which is ISO 14001:2015 certified, covers all environmental risks identified in the operations . PUR products are manufactured by injecting liquid raw material mixture into a closed mould. The material copies the defined form and pattern of the tool.
