Hyla Naturalisti Associati is a cooperative society formed by professionals in the natural sciences, dedicated to helping people approach, understand, appreciate, and respect nature. Its work brings together environmental education, training and public outreach, nature and history tourism, and environmental assessment and planning. The cooperative also develops educational programs for schools, with activities designed to introduce students to local natural environments and encourage knowledge of the territory.
These programs may include excursions and guided visits, classroom lessons, workshops, educational games, and themed “school in nature” experiences. Through these activities, Hyla aims to communicate the importance of protecting and enhancing the local environment. The organization presents its services through dedicated sections for schools, the Chioggia Environmental Education Centre (CEA Chioggia), and tourism, reflecting a broad focus on learning and engagement beyond the classroom.
Hyla’s initiatives connect practical experiences in nature with educational and planning work, supporting a greater understanding of the environment and the value of caring for the places where people live and visit
