LovelyBirth

HypnoBirthing Melanie Haberecht offers gentle, confidence-building birth preparation for pregnant women and couples in Ludwigsburg. Led by Melanie Haberecht, who has more than 12 years of experience supporting families, the courses help participants prepare for birth with greater calm, trust and a sense of self-determination. The approach combines practical, evidence-informed knowledge with emotional support, without imposing rigid rules or promising a particular birth outcome.

Courses are designed for partners to take part together, helping them feel prepared as a team. Small, personal groups provide space for individual attention and a supportive learning environment. Participants explore how to build trust in the body, manage fear and tension, and use relaxation and breathing techniques. Birth information and visual materials are also part of the preparation.

Alongside group courses, Melanie offers individual coaching and an initial, no-obligation conversation for people who want to discuss whether the course fits their needs. Her work aims to help each participant approach birth in a way that feels informed, positive and personal.
