Hypnobirth Tribe

Hypnobirth Tribe is a birth education and support service led by Julie Christopoulos, a certified hypnobirthing practitioner based in Bayside. Its focus is helping expectant parents feel informed, supported and empowered to approach birth with greater calm and confidence. Julie offers the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program, which is presented as beneficial for families planning to give birth in hospital or at home. The program provides tools, knowledge and support to help participants prepare for birth and reduce fear.
