HYROX

HYROX is a dynamic fitness race that uniquely combines traditional running with a series of functional workout stations, providing an exhilarating experience for participants of all fitness levels. Each race consists of eight laps, where athletes run 1 km followed by a specially designed workout station. These stations include a mix of strength and endurance challenges such as SkiErg, Sled Push, Burpee Broad Jumps, and Wall Balls, all designed to test and improve overall fitness.

Designed to accommodate both seasoned athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts, HYROX offers various divisions, including Individual, Doubles, and Relay formats, ensuring that everyone can find a suitable challenge. Races are held indoors in expansive venues, creating an energetic atmosphere for competitors and spectators alike. With consistent race formats worldwide, HYROX features global leaderboards and culminates in a World Championship at the end of each season.
