About i-BEC
Interbalkan Environment Center (i-BEC) is an international organization specializing in new technologies and innovations for sustainable management of natural resources and environmental protection. With over 10 years of leading research and innovation activities in the Balkan Peninsula, Middle East, and North Africa, IBEC provides integrated, reliable solutions and services within global and EU flagship programs, including Copernicus and GEO.
Their expertise encompasses a wide range of capacities, from conducting large research and capacity development projects to institutional cooperation with various organizations. IBEC is actively involved in initiatives such as the GEOGLAM and EO4SDGs, and is a member of EUROGEOSS High-Level Working Group and a GEO participating organization.
