Integrated Agricultural Association (IAA) is a nonprofit and nongovernmental organization dedicated to addressing global issues of hunger, poverty, and sustainability through agriculture. With a focus on building resilient communities and improving livelihoods, IAA takes climate action in agriculture to fight these challenges on a local and global scale. IAA offers a range of programs and initiatives to create a lasting impact.

Their key programs include sustainable agriculture, environmental protection and management, water and sanitation, education, health, human rights, and women empowerment. Through these programs, IAA helps smallholder farmers transform subsistence farms into profitable businesses, raises awareness about the importance of environmental conservation, provides access to safe and clean water, constructs classrooms in remote rural villages, promotes health training, advocates for basic human rights, and empowers women. Founded by Dungrila Pascal Mbimenyuy, IAA has made significant progress in supporting over 100,000 women through sustainable agriculture, entrepreneurship, and livelihood projects in rural communities in Cameroon.
