About IACCO
IACCO, the Institute of High Complexity Cardio-Oncology, is a nonprofit medical initiative focused on improving care for people with cardiovascular and oncological diseases. Based in the province of Chaco, Argentina, the project is planned for the city of Fontana and aims to become a center of excellence serving northern Argentina, with broader regional and international reach. Its mission combines advanced medical technology with high-quality care and emotional support, placing patients’ needs at the heart of its work.
IACCO’s planned activities span four central areas: patient care, education, research, and prevention. The institute also seeks to foster scientific and technological development through collaboration across medical services, teaching, research, and public outreach. With a proposed investment of 54 million dollars and nearly 30,000 square meters of infrastructure, IACCO is currently under construction. The organization invites individuals, institutions, and businesses to contribute to the project and follow its progress, presenting it as a shared effort to strengthen health and well-being in the province.
