IAESTE Spain

IAESTE (the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience) is a non-profit international association that connects university students, companies, and universities through paid work placements abroad. Present in more than 80 countries, IAESTE aims to help students develop their professional skills while gaining personal experience and discovering different cultures. Placements take place with companies in countries around the world and can last from one month to one year.

For students, IAESTE offers an opportunity to gain practical work experience, broaden their horizons, and build international connections. The association also supports businesses seeking international talent, highlighting access to a diverse selection of more than 100,000 students from over 80 countries. Universities are another part of IAESTE’s network, which brings together academic institutions and international work opportunities.

IAESTE Spain provides information and guidance for students, companies, and universities interested in participating. Its Spanish office is based at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Through its exchange program, IAESTE promotes learning and professional experience across borders.
