IAKSA, the International Amateur Karate Kickboxing Association, is a sports organization serving martial arts schools, coaches and athletes in Italy and internationally. The association describes itself as the first Italian federation to introduce kickboxing to the country and presents its community as a family for people passionate about the sport. Its affiliation program gives members access to sporting and educational opportunities, including Italian championship competition, high-level training seminars, events and federation examinations to validate teaching qualifications.

IAKSA maintains an official register of instructors and offers a development pathway for aspiring referees, with a budo pass and diploma described as nationally recognized. Members can also receive guidance toward institutional recognition, insurance coverage through its affiliation with ASI, and promotion of their schools on IAKSA websites and Facebook pages. Affiliated schools may propose national and international events, while athletes and schools can access sponsor benefits on items and services such as sports equipment, custom apparel, websites and printed materials.

The organization also publishes news, event information and competition rankings
