About Islamic Bank Asset Management
Islamic Bank Asset Management (IAM) is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Finance and approved by the Cabinet. IAM specializes in managing and selling distressed assets, as well as providing legal advice and debt restructuring services. They are registered as a limited company and have a registered capital of 25 million baht, which has been increased to 500 million baht.
IAM's mission is to efficiently handle non-performing financing transferred from the Islamic Bank of Thailand, including assets worth over 48,000 million baht. They professionally negotiate, litigate, and manage these assets in accordance with Islamic law. With over 28,000 debtors, IAM is committed to resolving issues and providing the best possible outcomes for clients.
