I AM HOPE is a brand that is dedicated to positive societal attitudinal change, focusing on the mental well-being of our youth. They understand that many young people struggle with distressing self-talk and overthinking, which leads to feelings of isolation and loneliness. Their mission is to normalize mental health and create a supportive community.

I AM HOPE offers a range of products and services to achieve their goal. In schools, they generate conversations that normalize self-doubt and distress while providing real support. They have also created books for young children, trained struggling youth as baristas through community coffee carts, and enabled free counseling for over 10,000 young people.

To further their cause, I AM HOPE launched Gumboot Friday, a campaign that provides free and timely counseling for young people across New Zealand on their mental health journey. Through this initiative, they have already spent over 3 million dollars on counseling for over 10,000 young individuals. This incredible brand is powered by generous partners and a team of dedicated individuals who have their own personal experiences with mental health.
