I AM MY BODYGUARD is a global foundation dedicated to giving all women and children the ability to protect themselves against all types of violence, including gender-based sexual violence. Our mission is to use experiential training to empower women and children, enabling them to become more assertive and proactive in defending themselves. By 2030, we aim to be a globally recognized organization that has provided training to 10,000 individuals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves against violence.

We recognize the reality of violence in Kenya and around the world, and we saw a need to provide life skills training to vulnerable individuals, who often face sexual abuse and other forms of violence.
