About IARL
IARL is the International Association of Russian-Speaking Lawyers (МАРА), a non-commercial corporate organization founded on voluntary membership. It brings together legal professionals, including lawyers, attorneys, notaries, and human rights defenders from various countries. The association's primary goal is to collaborate with compatriots practicing law abroad using the Russian language and with international, national, and regional human rights unions and associations.
