Imereti Agro Zone is a brand that is implementing the Greenhouse Cluster Development project on 220 hectares of land in the western part of Georgia, specifically in the Imereti region. This project, initiated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and the Rural Development Agency, offers a unique opportunity for investors to purchase fully developed land with ideal climate and fertile soil conditions.

The 220-hectare land is divided into two municipalities, Tskaltubo and Baghdati, and is conveniently located near national highways, railroads, airports, seaports, and regional and international markets. The government and Imereti Agro Zone are committed to developing the internal and external infrastructure, providing essential utilities such as electricity, gas, irrigation and drinking water, and sewage systems, as well as public transport services, security systems, and fencing.
