IB3 Discreet is a UK-based brand creating discreet bowel leakage protection for people living with bowel urgency and faecal incontinence. Founded by Chris, an NHS biomedical scientist with ulcerative colitis, the brand grew from his difficulty finding a practical, comfortable option for unpredictable symptoms and active everyday life. Its pads are designed specifically for faecal leakage rather than adapted from urinary products, with a slim shape and absorption intended for light to moderate leaks. IB3 presents them as everyday backup for work, travel, festivals and flare days, offering an alternative to bulky incontinence products.

Customers can buy the pads in packs of 30, 60 or 90 through the online shop. The company is based in the UK and offers tracked, secure worldwide shipping. IB3 also publishes articles on bowel urgency, living with inflammatory bowel disease, practical coping strategies and the development of its products. The founder says the brand aims to encourage confidence and reduce stigma, and that it donates 10% to charity and provides pads free to people who need them.
