About The Institute for Behavior Change
The Institute for Behavior Change (IBC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1997 by Licensed Psychologist Steven Kossor. They specialize in providing Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children, with a focus on in-home and in-school behavioral support. IBCโs mission is to instill hope and courage in children and families, offering mental health treatment at no cost to parents, funded by Medicaid EPSDT mandate.
Their highly-trained clinical staff provides tailor-made assessments, treatment plans, and outcome measurements, integrating effectively into school and daycare settings to provide behavioral support for children with Autism, ADHD, and other challenges. IBC is dedicated to providing up-to-date information about community-based treatment delivery and behavioral health insurance funding.
Their evidence-based treatment programs, which combine Applied Behavior Analysis principles with wraparound practices, have been studied by reputable researchers, showing significant improvements in reducing behavioral challenges. IBC serves Pennsylvania children, primarily in Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties but also offers services elsewhere by appointment. For more information, contact IBC through email or phone.
