The Institute for Behavior Change (IBC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1997 by Licensed Psychologist Steven Kossor. They specialize in providing Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children, with a focus on in-home and in-school behavioral support. IBC’s mission is to instill hope and courage in children and families, offering mental health treatment at no cost to parents, funded by Medicaid EPSDT mandate.
