About IBES
IBES Tanzania, operated by IBES Incorporated Limited, is an education and community-focused organization based in Arusha. Its services bring together early childhood care, vocational training, first aid education, and family-friendly recreation. IBES runs four daycare centers in Maji ya Chai, Usa River, Njiro, and Ngulelo, providing children with a safe, caring environment and learning spaces designed to support development. The centers include areas for reading, imaginative play, and early mathematics, as well as indoor toilet facilities and dedicated sleeping areas for younger children.
The organization also offers college-level training for daycare and nursery teachers, preparing students to care for and educate children from six months to six years. Further courses include professional nanny training, computer skills, interactive English, and child development, discipline, and behaviour. Its two-day first aid training serves offices, tour companies, and higher-risk industries.
IBES welcomes school and daycare groups to its playground, with activities such as swings, climbing walls, and zip lines.
