Giveblood

Giveblood is an Irish brand that is dedicated to saving lives by providing essential blood and platelet donations. As the national blood supply authority, Giveblood plays a vital role in ensuring that hospitals have an adequate supply of blood products to meet the needs of patients across the country. They also provide testing and tissue services to hospitals and manage the Irish Unrelated Bone Marrow Registry.

Giveblood's platelet donation clinics, located in Dublin and Cork, are crucial for treating cancer and leukemic patients, newborn babies, bone marrow transplant recipients, and burns victims. With only 2,400 platelet donors in Ireland, Giveblood is actively looking for new donors to join their panel. For individuals interested in becoming regular blood donors, Giveblood offers convenient clinic locations, eligibility quizzes, and FAQs to make the donation process as smooth as possible.

By supporting Giveblood, you contribute to their life-saving mission and help patients in need find a life-saving match. Community support, partnerships, and campaigns also play an important role in promoting blood donation. Join Giveblood today and make a difference in someone's life
