IC Carrier Technologies (ICCT) is a semiconductor technology company established in 2017, focused on integrated circuit packaging and the development of solutions for the semiconductor industry. Its work includes semiconductor device encapsulation, leadframe products, advanced packaging and product development. ICCT also pursues research into wafer-level chip-scale packaging, redistribution layers and bumping technologies.
In 2021, the company established an IC Design and Packaging Centre in Suzhou Industrial Park under the ASTAR SIP Partner Centre, and received an ASTAR SIP grant to develop new technologies and products. Its development work has progressed from Dongguan technology to technology transfer in Suzhou, alongside further research and development.
INNO IC Design and Services Pte Ltd, established in October 2024, leads IC design activities in logic, LED display and smart-house applications. ICCT operates through affiliated companies in Singapore, Guangzhou, Dongguan and Suzhou, serving as a regional base for its design, packaging and technology-development activities. The company also shares updates on product qualification, operations and industry events.
