About ICA
Instituto de Capacitación Aduanera (ICA) is a leading institution in Argentina that specializes in customs training and education. Founded by customs officials, ICA has been officially recognized by the National Directorate of Private Education with the incorporation of provisions 1708/91 and 1391/92.
