ICAE National

The Inter-Tribal Council of AT&T Employees (ICAE), established in 1983, is a dedicated organization that promotes the well-being and cultural development of Native Americans within the AT&T community. Open to all employees, both active and retired, ICAE focuses on fostering equity and representation for Native American tribes and communities. The organization has awarded over $130,000 in scholarships to Native American students in the past three years, highlighting its commitment to education.

ICAE engages in various programs, such as food drives and digital literacy classes, reinforcing AT&T's corporate values of Purpose, People, and Possibilities. Its mission is to enhance the cultural understanding and career advancement of its members while promoting positive multicultural relations. With no membership dues required, ICAE welcomes both Native American and non-Native American supporters eager to contribute to its initiatives. The organization also facilitates workshops, conferences, and collaborations with other Employee Resource Groups, aiming to cultivate a strong national network and celebrate the rich heritage of Native American cultures.
