The practice helps clients pursue their own goals for employment and independent living through a holistic, person-centered approach. Rather than meeting in a traditional clinic, appointments take place in the environments where clients live, work, and participate in the community, supporting practical skills in everyday settings.

Services address independent living skills, employment readiness, and employer training, as well as activities of daily living, community engagement, leisure and socialization, self-advocacy, education, and coaching. Clients can choose in-person appointments or teletherapy. The practice serves the Kansas City metro area and may also work with clients elsewhere in Kansas and Missouri.

Led by owner and occupational therapist Hannah Earley, OTR/L, i can therapy emphasizes that clients are capable of achieving meaningful goals and that therapy should reflect what matters to them. Its services are designed to provide a supportive space for building skills, exploring opportunities, and working toward greater participation and independence at home, at work, and in the community.
