iCatRescue

A small team of volunteers works to reduce the suffering of homeless cats and assist animals that are injured, ill, or otherwise in need. Its work includes arranging veterinary examinations, medical treatment and surgery, sterilization, and parasite control, as well as providing temporary shelter and helping cats find permanent homes through adoption.

Cats rescued and treated with the organization’s support stay in volunteers’ private spaces and homes while they recover and await adoption. Their care requires food, medication, veterinary visits, and other supplies, so iCatRescue relies on donations from people who support its cause. The organization also shares information with the public about humane treatment and responsible animal care, and explains sterilization as a humane way to address the overpopulation of homeless cats. Through its rescue work, adoption efforts, public information, and calls for support, iCatRescue aims to improve the lives of cats in distress, with each contribution helping sustain their care.
