The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization dedicated to professionalizing corporate directorship and raising corporate governance standards in the Philippines. As a national and international resource for corporate governance content, ICD publishes Directors Surveys, Reports, Courses Modules, and Primers. They have established relations with global organizations involved in corporate governance and are a member of the Global Network of Director Institutes.

ICD offers corporate governance learning solutions through customized learning sessions facilitated by a distinguished faculty of ICD Fellows. They are the only institution in the Philippines accredited as a corporate governance training body by various regulatory bodies. Additionally, ICD empowers boards through consulting engagements and interventions, helping them optimize their performance.

ICD is a learned society composed of over 400 professional directors practicing ethical governance. Members enjoy exclusive privileges, including access to continuous learning and networking events, and have the opportunity to support the good governance advocacy.
