About International Center for Evaluation & Development
The International Centre for Evaluation and Development (ICED) is an international and independent think-tank that fills an important gap in the global evaluation architecture. As the first Africa-based think-tank of its kind, ICED combines research and innovation with extensive practical experience in evaluation for development in Africa. With headquarters in Kenya and West Africa, ICED aims to empower change globally by offering a range of products and services.
Their programs include the ALL-IN Research Network, the Horticulture Innovation Lab Program, the IINDWEGE EIP Program, and the Agile Data Approaches and Innovation for Monitoring (ADAIM) program. ICED also provides program evaluation services to rigorously assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, as well as development consulting to offer expert advice and support to organizations in implementing development initiatives.
