ICE RESET is a Dubai-based hospitality and recovery brand that brings professionally managed cold immersion experiences to hotels, resorts, beach clubs and other premium venues. The company creates a complete guest amenity, combining a considered setting with a welcoming, guided experience designed to fit each property’s architecture, brand and guests.
ICE RESET can fund, design, coordinate installation and operate cold plunge concepts through tailored partnerships. Its services include site and concept planning, equipment and installation coordination, guest onboarding, guided immersion, ongoing operation, maintenance and safety procedures. The guest journey is structured around arrival, preparation, immersion and time to reset, with screening and clear protocols built into the operating plan. Commercial arrangements may include operator-funded revenue sharing or fixed-fee models, with costs, responsibilities and revenue allocation agreed for each property.
Founded by Andrei Lahutsin, ICE RESET is grounded in an interest in sport, performance and recovery, and in the belief that thoughtful guidance is as important as the immersion itself.
