The Instituto Colombiano de Gobierno Corporativo (ICGC) is a non-profit association in Colombia that brings together key stakeholders in corporate governance to promote better practices in organizational direction and control. Founded in 2017 by a group of executives committed to advancing corporate governance, ICGC aims to contribute to the sustainability and development of the country. ICGC collaborates with international organizations such as the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, CAF - Development Bank of Latin America, BID Invest, and SECO - Swiss Confederation for Economic Cooperation and Development.

They are also part of the Latin American Network of Corporate Governance Institutes (IGCLA) to promote corporate governance at a local and regional level. The main objective of ICGC is to gather corporate governance actors in Colombia and foster greater coordination among them. By doing so, ICGC seeks to lead the promotion of best practices in organizational direction and control, ensuring the success of businesses and contributing to the country's development.
