About Iche
Iche is a diverse gastronomy-centered ecosystem located in the northern region of Manabí, Ecuador. Our brand encompasses a restaurant, a hospitality and culinary school, an innovation lab, and a culinary entrepreneurship incubator. Guided by students, our restaurant offers a unique journey starting from ingredient harvesting to dish preparation, blending tradition and innovation of Manabí cuisine.
Our pedagogical approach emphasizes hands-on learning, entrepreneurship, and innovation. We add value to local products through our innovation lab and support gastronomic projects in our culinary entrepreneurship incubator.
