ICMS is a national provider-sponsored ASD/ABA specialty network that helps Florida health plans manage the clinical and operational demands of applied behavior analysis. Serving Medicaid managed care and commercial payers, the organization offers a coordinated set of services under one agreement: a statewide network of ABA and ancillary providers, independent clinical review, delegated credentialing, case management, and payment integrity.

Through its UM LITE model, BCBA reviewers assess authorization requests against Florida Medicaid policy and evidence-based practice standards, then provide documented recommendations. The health plan retains authority over coverage and payment determinations. ICMS also supports provider enrollment, primary-source credential verification, member outreach and care planning, and claims review for billing risks. Its network includes ABA providers and related professionals such as speech and occupational therapists, psychologists, and physicians.

ABA and ancillary providers can join the network at no cost and on a non-exclusive basis. ICMS states that its policies are designed around NCQA standards, while clarifying that it is not currently NCQA or URAC accredited.
