About ICoNS
The Consortium, also known as ICoNS, is a groundbreaking global movement in the field of genomic sequencing, specifically focusing on newborn sequencing in medicine. This consortium brings together world-class experts from around the globe to share knowledge, research plans, and results to advance the implementation of newborn sequencing. The ICoNS Steering Committee, led by key figures such as Nicolas Encina, Robert C. Green, and Wendy K. Chung, drives this movement towards success.
With nearly 30 consortium members and a plethora of researchers, healthcare providers, vendors, and laboratories, ICoNS is at the forefront of preventive genomics as routine medicine. The consortium welcomes thought-leaders actively involved in newborn sequencing projects or preparing to do so.
