InlandCrew Connect

ICC is a crewing services provider focused on European inland shipping. It supports shipowners, towage companies and fleet operators, while also helping crew professionals find assignments suited to their qualifications, experience and availability. Its services cover recruitment and candidate selection, qualification and certificate checks, short-term relief crew, long-term crewing and rotation planning. ICC also coordinates assignment documentation, onboarding, travel arrangements and crew changes, with responsibilities and terms agreed for each engagement.

The company matches candidates to vessel requirements, roles, routes and operating schedules. It supports positions including boatmasters, helmsmen, deckhands, engineers and mechanics, and works with cargo, container, tanker, passenger, tug and other specialised vessels. Its operations focus on European waterways, particularly the Rhine system and Western Europe, with route-specific authorisations assessed where needed.

ICC’s team combines inland-shipping experience with recruitment, compliance, planning and client coordination. A digital platform called MyCrewBook is under development to support coordination between crew, clients and ICC operations. The company also provides clear agreements and itemised invoicing for the services arranged.
