Inclusive Community Resources (ICR) is a Berkeley-based brand dedicated to supporting and empowering adults with disabilities. Founded in 2005 by Julie Weissman-Steinbaugh, an advocate in the field for over 20 years and an individual with severe cerebral palsy, ICR strives to create a person-centered agency that helps people with disabilities live the life they choose. ICR currently serves 20 individuals with disabilities throughout the East Bay.

At ICR, they offer Supported Living Services (SLS) to individuals in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Marin counties, and they are authorized to provide services to clients of the Regional Center of the East Bay and Golden Gate Regional Center. The skilled and dedicated team at ICR works closely with clients, their loved ones, and caregivers to understand their unique needs and desires. They collaborate to develop and achieve meaningful goals that enhance their quality of life.

Key members of the ICR team include Shana Thrasher, the Executive Director, who played a vital role in establishing the foundation and structure of the business; Joy McCroskey-Walden, the Director of Supported Living Services, who ensures exceptional care and services for clients; Ryan Thompson, the Associate Director, who oversees and supports the team of Community Support Facilitators; and Jessica Quiambao, the Behavioral Support Analyst, who provides ongoing support and training to stakeholders.
