The ICT Cluster of Bulgaria | Sofia is a foundation established in 2005 by representatives of the Bulgarian ICT business. Its main objective is to unite organizations from the ICT industry in Bulgaria. The cluster consists of 10 member organizations, including ICT associations and clusters, with more than 280 small and medium-sized enterprises from various segments of the ICT industry, as well as six Bulgarian universities.

The ICT Cluster is a strategic initiative of the Bulgarian ICT business, working towards enhancing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian ICT industry. The organization aims to support ICT SMEs, promote cluster development, and create new business opportunities through cross-border and inter-cluster collaboration. The activities of the ICT Cluster are focused on achieving several goals, such as promoting cluster approaches to enhance the competitiveness of Bulgarian ICT SMEs, supporting industrial development and the use of ICT solutions in Bulgaria and the region, fostering entrepreneurship and creating a national system for risk financing.
