About ICT odbory
ICT Union is a sectoral union representing workers from call centers and the IT sector in the Czech Republic. Our mission is to provide a platform for workers to discuss their working conditions, brainstorm improvements, and support each other in creating positive change. Our diverse membership includes testers, programmers, call center and back office workers, and more.
We aim to connect all workers in our sector, protect their rights, improve working conditions, and fight against oppression. As an active trade union, we hold regular meetings and events, both in person and online, to plan collective actions and make important decisions. Members also have the opportunity to establish unions in their own workplaces to directly influence their working conditions.
Anyone working with information systems or in any company providing services in the sector is considered a worker in the ICT sector. Join us and be part of a community dedicated to improving the lives of ICT workers in the Czech Republic
